With how much HZ does this cable run at WQHD (2560 x 1440) with the 3m variant? and how much ms delay does this have with the 3m variant?

As far as I know, the length (up to a certain length) has little to no effect on latency and flow rate. The best thing to do is to look at the DP1.4 HBR3 standard and what it can do.
I have not noticed any additional latency or the like at 1440p and 144hz.
