Will this USB-A to Aux Jack adapter allow me to (1) charge an iPod Shuffle (or similar non-Apple device); (2) exhange/upload data from another device (e.g. Laptop)? If not, what product (sold by DigiTec) can accomplish both tasks?
Yes, according to Delock you can charge and exchange data. It is made for "Ipod Shuffle" (1. & 2. Generation).
