Hi M_Buehlmann,
In principle, there's nothing to be said against it. I bought the UX390UAK and the docking station later.

Even if Digitec doesn't like to read it: I have had some problems with the docking station. I take my notebook to work and use the supplied adapter and dongle. When I'm at home, I want to use the docking station. A normal scenario. Unfortunately, it turned out that my notebook reacted strangely. Notebook in sleep mode. I come home, connect it to the docking station. There it is not recognised by the USB port of the notebook. When I did get it to work, sometimes all of a sudden the sound was gone. Restarting and a lot of configuring helped. When I then switched back to the small dongle and power adapter, there were, surprise surprise, problems with recognition.

After some analysis, the problem turned out to be a driver problem. An Asus driver is loaded twice with a Windows driver. This causes confusion in the system. Unfortunately, it needs the Asus driver to work with the docking station.

The docking station now remains in my drawer. Hopefully Asus will deliver better drivers soon, but there has been very little in this direction. Cumbersome reconfiguration and rebooting is simply not acceptable. It simply has to work and is something like Anno 1997 under Windows XP. And that's for the price of the device and the docking station:(

Maybe someone else has had better experiences?
