Why is it only possible to print on both sides manually in the printer menu (Win7) of the M477fdw? The printer has a duplex unit and double-sided printing also works automatically when scanning.

Under Control Panel->Devices and Printers->Printer Properties->Device Settings, set the value for the duplexer to "Installed".

It works fine for us via the duplex unit. Is the correct driver and the latest version installed? Are the basic settings correct?
