Why this device has no warranty? Is it even legal to sell something without warranty?

I am the customer and not the provider. I can't give you an answer to that. I assume because it is a European device and does not have a Swiss plug. Switzerland is not part of the EU, so no same warranty rules. If I had read everything, I would probably have bought it from another supplier with a 50,- surcharge including warranty.

The Panasonic breadmaker has a warranty booklet specifying warranty for several european countries. For Switzerland & Liechtenstein, the PAN EUROPEAN WARRANTY is specified there. You should contact your distributor (Galaxus) or https://www.panasonic.ch - Jag, don't "steal" my time, ok?
