Why is this screen not being shipped even though it has been ready for shipment for 4 days? Support request is not answered either...

Yes, it's Corona, of course, but then just say/ write it takes 2-3 weeks, that's no problem.
No, instead you first look forward to "coming tomorrow" and then "about today" to then take presents time and be disappointed. This has happened 3 times now!!! ...with the same product, of course.
