Why is the price so high, this gpu is under 200fr medium/low performance.. This is not anymore about scalping excuse but abuse!

indeed. probably not updated or it's just high due to the recent processor chip shortage. go on toppreise.ch and look for cheaper alternative. PS: I found plenty ;)
