Why does my order say shipped while you say it won't be shipped before 10 days? How can I really track my order if you provide wrong information?

I highly doubt that is has been shipped because the release date is set to the 21.08.2020. You will get an E-Mail from Digitec and Post (if you have registered yourself) once its on its way
