Question about Lexmark MC2425adw
Why do I have to enter a code under "Security setting" on lexmark MC2425? It was not required at start-up. I cannot scan.
I never had to enter a code. I use the printer in a network with Windows 10 and mac OS and have never had any problems. I would delete all printer drivers and reinstall them from Lexmark's homepage.
Same with me, scanning no longer works, and recently even problems with printing (Mac OS). Let's see what the support team has to say.
