Which Ram do you recommend for this mainboard and are there good alternatives to this mainboard with onboard Wlan (Lga 1151)?

Helpful answer

I strongly recommend you always get the compatibility list from the official site. Always.
https://www.asus.com/ch-de...

This way you are already on the safe side as far as compatibility is concerned and are already limited by your choice, so you have fewer decisions to make.

Also, it's hard to recommend something if you don't know what you're using your computer for.
But with RAM, you can actually save a lot of money because the price/performance ratio is actually very bad.
So for a lot of money, you don't necessarily get the extra performance you want.

If you're building a gamer PC that's going to last a few years, I'd recommend upgrading to 32GB of RAM. This should give you enough RAM for the next generation of games. With 16GB it's already getting tight again (see BF1).

With the compatibility list, you can always see directly whether 4 of your selected bars are supported or not.
So use the list.

Always ;)

G.Skill Ripjaws V (2x, 8GB, DDR4-2400, DIMM 288)
Alternatives are only inferior or in mini ATX form.
