Question about MSI GeForce RTX 4090 SUPRIM LIQUID X

Recommendation is any 850W, but I have two of these cards, one of them is active in my build and I throttle mine at 80% to about 300-350W and still get 2900-3000Mhz. My second one for my other build is for sale, if interested I can reduce the price for you, you can call me directly, my name is my nr ;) I had a Strix on both my builds, now these two, one build I'm liquidating.
