Chipset unknown, is shown as "ATEN USB to Serial Bridge" and uses the uc232a driver from 22.10.2013 Build 3.4.62.295 (Runs fine under Win 8.x and Surface 3 Pro). Speaking of which, I spent 17 francs dumber, so try & error. Good luck.
