Question about Caran d'Ache Spitzmaschine aus Metall

Where is the sharpening machine made? Other products by the company have a very prominent "Fabrication Suisse" or "Swiss Made" embossed on them. This machine has no such indication, which makes me a little suspicious. Given the price, I would not expect to buy something made in China...
