Made in Vietnam, it says on mine.
I have two of those red dot sights one from Nikon that is made in Japan and the other in Vietnam Olympus in Vietnam use them for the Nikon Coolpix P1000 3000mm
My EE-1 dot sight is labelled VIETNAM.
