This printer was connected to the wifi network after about 2 hours and has been working perfectly ever since.

Unfortunately, the supplier is not yet able to provide us with any new information. In addition, the Canon alternatives are not available at the moment:
Canon MF742Cdw i-Sensys (Laser/LED, Colour)
Canon MF744Cdw i-Sensys (Laser/LED, Colour)

Alternative: Currently available from our own stock: Kyocera ECOSYS M5521cdw (Laser/LED, Colour)
