what toner capacity is supplied with the printer? are the cartridges full? are there any specifications?

The toners last for 2500 copies... Normally they last for 7300 pages. I don't know if a toner reset is possible like with Brother. I haven't had time to look for a manual yet... Otherwise, the printer is first choice! I've only been using it for three months, but I wouldn't give it away. It is also far superior to its predecessor in terms of colour fastness.
