What language does this particular rice cooker have? Can I cook only 1 cup of rice with this? Thanks

For me it's in English and I believe Korean. Not tried one cup normally minimal I've done is 2 but I can't see a problem with only one. Might need to make sure there is enough water so it doesn't burn at the bottom which is anyway very minor.
