what is the free additional product supposed to be? According to https://www.brother.ch/de-ch/cashback, there should still be a cashback of 250?

The free product is a USB P-Touch device, which can be requested from Brother if there is such a label on the packaging. Cashback promotions are available from time to time for a limited period of time. This can be claimed by the buyer directly from Brother.
