The way I read it, the mice are almost identical.
the only difference I could find is that the Chaos cannot be charged with the : Logitech G Powerplay Wireless Charging System --> Logitech G Powerplay Wireless Charging System
can be charged.

The G903 has a removable 10g weight and is compatible with the logitech powerplay
And the Lightspeed wireless transmission. Supposedly even better and faster
