What is the difference between this unit and item 10680845 (other than the price)? On the support page, under the same product name, a distinction is made between models with and without a manual feeder. I don't know what this is about, product 7037953 and 10680845 are technically identical. For 7037953, the address line of the browser also says "...7037953?supplier=406802".
With 10680845 the product is not available. Just order 7037953, they are available.
On the link you attached, it compares with other devices (DCP-L2530DW, DCP-L2550DN, HL-L2350DW, HL-L2370DN, MFC-L2710DW, MFC-L2730DW). The MFC-L2750DW has a manual feeder = 1 sheet can be "loaded" into the machine from the front. Of course, there is also the paper drawer for 250 sheets. The manual feeder is only needed for envelopes, labels or thick paper.
If you are looking for a device with a multifunction tray (approx. 50 sheets), you might be happy with a DCP-L5500DN, MFC-L5700DN or MFC-L5750DW.
