Question about Satechi ST-SCMA2M

What is the difference between the Satechi ST-SCMA2M and the somewhat more expensive Satechi ST-UCSMA3M (USB-C Slim Multi-port)? Are they the same except for the max. Port speed the same (the ST-SCMA2M has 104 Mbit/s and the A3M 5000 Mbit/s)?
