What is the difference between the red ports and the green ones?

This is important - the red ports are for the fast charging ports (3.0 USB) and this makes this charger really good as the charging speed is really different to the standard charger. I can recommend this multi charger without reservation.

All ports can be found on the top edge of the battery. Starting on the left, there's an orange Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 USB port that's capable of 3.6V-6.5V/3A output, allowing you to charge compatible devices like the ZTE Axon 7 to 50 percent in

30 minutes.

A second, green USB port can be found to the right of the flashlight. This is an adaptive charging port that uses Aukey's proprietary AiPower technology to adjust power output (to a maximum of 5V/2.4A) based on the needs of your device, meaning it will automatically output more power to your Apple iPad Air 2 than it will to a pair of Bluetooth headphones. It's not as fast as Quick Charge, but not all devices support Quick Charge. There is no support for Samsung's Fast Charge standard.
