What is the difference between the black and the white except the price black for 297.- white for 349.- and in the product comparison it says wireless transmission in the black bluetooth and in the white bluetooth and wifi but they both look the same and how can you tell if it is the new one or the old new wersion? And how is the sound good bass hear like trance music

Only the colour makes the difference. The rest is the same.
3sixty 2019 (old version) has no colour display. 3sixty 2020 (new version) has a colour display.
The bass is a matter of taste and has to be judged individually. For me, the bass is rich, crisp and clean. It's one of the best I've heard in this price range. Overall, the sound is very good. By the way, you can get the 3sixty directly from Teufel right now for 269.- chf.
