What is the diference with this product and the Canon Tinte Canon INK CLI-581XXL C/M/Y/BK SEC? Besides the prices of 111 vs 123 and the additional word 'SEC', I see no difference

There is no difference. Maybe it's different suppliers or gray import.
xl has 8.3ml and xxl has 11.7ml tank.
