The machine to roll out the dough and get the 15cm wide strips of the desired thickness and the accessory to cut it into tagliatelle or another kind of narrower dough I don't know the name of. Great product. I make all my own pasta with it.
Of course, there is the crank and the clamp to fix it to a table.
