Hello, this product is not a deep fryer in the traditional sense. The operating instructions, which describe all the fix programmes and possible settings, can be downloaded from the manufacturer's website. The crust/fry function has a default temperature of 160 degrees Celsius. Manual settings are 100/120/140/160 degrees Celsius.
