Question about Duracell Recharge Plus

What and how many are there now? You have different pictures for the "Duracell Recharge Plus", but they are not correct and is it 1 battery or a pack of 4 batteries. According to the price, it should be a pack of four batteries. I've also noticed that the quality of the pictures and descriptions is getting worse and worse (that used to be different).
