We treated ourselves to this Kitchenaid, it fits perfectly in our kitchen 👌 the colour of one accessory, the flat beater, peeled off before it was even used. We sent the accessory back and they immediately refunded the whole amount instead of just replacing the accessory. Now Galaxus wants us to return the appliance as it is no longer available. Customer service keeps sending the same reply in the email. But we don't want another device! We will of course return the money. We hope to find a simple solution this way. Thank you ✌️😊
