We moved an HP428fdw Laser Jet Pro (2 months old) from our sales office to our main office. In the sales office we only printed and scanned with it via the PC. Now I wanted to copy and I get the message: "Document feeder mispick". I also get this message when I put a document on the glass. Does anyone have a solution? So far I have unpacked HP printers and they just worked. I am grateful for any tips.

This HP Laserjet 428fdw has been with me for 7 months and runs flawlessly. I am very satisfied with it. I am not aware of the above problem. I would call HP support on 022 567 51 84.
