Allocacoc PowerCube Remote S+

We bought two copies - for two rooms that are next to each other. How can we change the frequency so that the Powercubes can be operated independently of each other? Because now all the devices in both rooms respond to one switch.
By means of pairing. The instructions for use should actually be included with the product.

As information, the so-called "pairing" is not comparable with pairing bluetooth devices. In this case, pairing is only "connecting", but everything transmits on the same frequency. This means that several PowerCubes cannot be controlled individually, but only in parallel. The product is interesting as a single application, but not for comprehensive projects with several powercubes. The remote control is also rubbish.
I have just asked myself the same question and searched for it on the net, but found nothing. You can "unpair" the Cube according to the instructions. But then it does not listen to any of my remote controls. It seems to me that both my remote controls are sending the same signal/on the same channel, i.e. my cubes either listen to both or to none of my remote controls.
Since one of my remote controls doesn't work properly anyway (button only jumps back after shaking), I'll probably exchange it in the hope of getting a remote control with a different signal/channel.
It can't be that if my neighbour also has this device, I control his device with my remote control...?
