Question about EcoFlow Smart Home Panel Combo, EU

We bought the Smart Home Panel (SHP) and tried the installation with a Delta Pro on ourselves since no electricians seem to know how to install it. It seems SHP doesn't fit for Switzerland due to the tri-phased power. It crashed the whole power of the house as we tried the EPS mode. We could use the Ecoflow for one circuit at a time only (in parallel to the power of the grid). If someone finds a way to use the SHP for power outage and/or use in parallel to the power of the grid, I am very interested in your insights. I asked Ecoflow for support today, let's see if I receive an answer.

Also usual outlets in Switzerland have a single phase, only appliances like washing machines e.g. have 3 phased outputs. But yes also big question for me how to deal with these. But frankly, I might just leave the washing machine out of the game. In a potential blackout I rather power the fridge and some other stuff than do my washing.

Ecoflow Smart Home Panel (SHP) is installed at my home in Switzerland and works perfectly. I even have a three phase circuit with kitchen appliances.
Some initial installation difficulties (restructuring of the panel with an FI at the output of the circuit) and a few hours with the helpdesk in China were successful.
You can call Romain 079 393 79 87 for a successful installation, everything has been debugged.

I will receive my SHP in 3 weeks and therefore I haven’t done the installation yet. But I have read all the information. How many of the 3 phases do you try to pass through your SHP? If the manuals are correct, you can only pass one phase through channels 1 3 5 7 9 and another phase through channels 2 4 6 8 10 or only one phase through all 10 channels. You should connect the odd channel numbers and the even channel numbers to the corresponding neutral buses of the pro1 and pro2 inputs. If you mix the neutral buses (depending of your power installation) you cannot foresee which circuit breaker or FI will jump in case of a malfunction. You shouldn’t connect more than 2 phases to the SHP in any case.

Did you watch the video for the SHP installation? I just looked at these products for a bit now and it seems Delta Pro in combination with the SHP kind of does EPS differently then when you have it without SHP. https://youtu.be/1WKt8I4vL3...

So my understanding is in normal setup EPS works such that it passes current through if the battery is at 97% or more. If it has less it charges and passes current through also. However with SHP it seems the Pro gets a direct charging connection from the original home panel and when it switches to the EPS mode, it can then support the entire panel with electricity. Would love to install this product also but need to find an electrician to set it up for me. I would also like to get some cables into my wall tubing which probably means cutting them, elongating them and soldering them together again. Not sure this works, but the generator can not stand where the Pro stands and I would need at least 10m of cabling.
