what does SEMI Outdoor mean? the outdoor model Samsung OH24Esoll be a be "completely" outdoor, but is also much more expensive.

Semi-outdoor refers to placement in a shop window. The definition is more likely to infer that the unit is exposed to direct sunlight and temperatures and not actually that the unit is placed outside in the open air.
