Aten USB 3.0 Sharing Switch: 4 Port
Wake-up on keystroke or mouse movement I can't wake up the computers from standby mode with this USB switch in between. It works fine without the switch. Is that correct? Am I doing something wrong?
It works fine for me as long as the usb connection has not been changed, otherwise it is not possible. If it doesn't work even without a change, connect the external power supply if necessary.
Servus zusammen,
leider scheint das nicht zu gehen.

Hello,
The behaviour is by design.
When the PC doens't have the focus, the switch cannot provide the connection.
If at that time the PC is in sleep or suspend mode, it's up to the PC to reconnect to the connected devices.

Thanks guys, but it doesn't work for me.
The external power supply doesn't change it either.
But when I plug in the keyboard or mouse directly, it works fine, so it can't be BIOS settings or anything.
Since two of my four computers go into standby mode overnight, it's pretty inconvenient if you always have to crawl under the table.
I have opened a support ticket at Aten (K220194372-218) and will let you know as soon as I know more.
Not right, works without problems.
