Question about Digitus 4K USB Type - C AOC AV Connection Cable

This USB C cable is labelled as an AV cable. But in the further description it is stated as USB 1.0/ect compatible. But since it is unidirectional, it is not intended for connecting a bluetooth mouse? I am completely confused. I am grateful for any advice.

The cable is only intended for AV signals (image/sound), not for USB data or mouse connection. It is unidirectional and works e.g. from laptop to monitor, not for peripheral devices.
