This appliance is supposed to have acoustic voice navigation in English. Is it possible for a blind person to fully operate the rice cooker, including the timer function? And - can vegetables also be prepared in this cooker without having to use a sieve insert?

In principle, it is possible for a blind person to operate the cooker.
The timer tells the time before the cooker starts. If the time is incorrect, the process can be cancelled.
There is no acoustic feedback when entering the time.
The buttons do not have tactile symbols. (Can be attached if necessary)
A sieve is supplied for steaming vegetables.
