The quality remains the same via the AUX connector, or? Or is there a loss of quality compared to the Bluetooth connection?

There is no general answer to this question. With Bluetooth, it depends on the receiving and transmitting devices.

Cable has a clear advantage because nothing has to be compressed or changed before it is sent to the target device.
