The product specifications call for a revision here. Or is the product really bigger than the packaging? Is the resolution now 130 or 300 microns?

The sentence is clear:
"The Nobel 1.0A SL technology has been modernised, and the precision of the motor's laser dot has been improved to 130 microns (the Nobel 1.0's precision is 300 microns).

Motor Präzi = 130 microns Nobel Präzi = 300 microns

if you convert the cm to mm, it should fit:
Product 280 x 345 x 590 mm
Packaging 530 x 393 x 693 mm
