Question about MSI GeForce RTX 2060 VENTUS XS 6G OC

The price of this graphics card has skyrocketed to astronomical heights in the last week - 2 months ago it was still available between CHF 299-320. Actually, the price should go down rather than up after the release of the RTX 3000 series. What could be the reason for this?
