The manufacturer's website says USB 3.2 Gen1. What is the case here? https://www.aten.com/global/en/products/usb-peripherals/peripheral-switches/us434/

"USB 3.2 Gen 1", "USB 3.1 Gen 1" and "USB 3.0" are different names for the exact same standard (5 Gbit/s).

I would say this is USB generation 3.2 (hardware version) Transfer speed of 5Gbps is possible with Gen 1. Gen 2 - 10Gbps.
