The main thing is that they have written "In stock at the supplier's" and then count down the days so that at 0 they can then write "6 to 8 days" or as always in Digitec language - it comes when it comes. Nothing has changed yet, the main thing is that you have received the orders - and I no longer accept "the suppliers maintain the data", they should have been fined a long time ago for providing incorrect information.

Have a little understanding. Consumption isn't everything and with Apple it's the same every year. A new device comes out, the whole world is desperate to have it on the first day, there aren't enough of them and as a result you have to wait a few weeks for a replacement. Apple deliberately makes its products scarce because, psychologically speaking, people want them all the more.
I used to work in product management for another CE company and know how unreliable Apple is as a supplier. No delivery dates, can't say how many pieces they will deliver, if at all, and agreements are not kept. And you can forget about being fined. Apple is the biggest tech giant in the world, so you can guess three times who is in charge at the end.
I don't want to defend Digitec here, nor criticise you in any way. I just want to say please consider that there are people working here and having everything immediately is not everything, so a little understanding is not out of place ;)

I totally agree. I used to buy almost everything from Digitech, but not anymore. The delivery time is a joke and they do *nothing* to fix it. You can call them, but the customer service is a joke too!
