the inner cooking pot is "broken", the rice always burns... although i always cleaned it by hand (never in the dishwasher) after about a year this problem occurred, that disappoints me
Our rice cooker has been working perfectly for 3 years. Use according to the instructions. We always enjoy the flawless delicious rice.
