The Imageprograf 1000 jogs the pigment cartridges if the machine is not used every day. This means that a large quantity of the pigment ink tanks runs into the container, which also has to be replaced. This means even more printing costs. The Pro-300 A3+ printer also works with pigment inks. Does it use the same vibrating system as the 1000 or not? I would like to buy the 300, but if it works with the same high and expensive ink consumption system, I will not buy it.

As I understand it, the 300 also uses a vibrator system. Please note that the 300 does not have a waste ink tank. The printer needs to be professionally cleaned, which is apparently only free for the first year. I hope I was able to help you.
