The headphones do not work for me via the USB-C port on the LT. But they work on the computer at school. What is the best thing to do now?
Perhaps your laptop is running on a different operating system or does not have the latest audio drivers installed? Try a driver update or look at the bottom right of the sound settings - right click sound settings or playback devices, depending on the operating system, and try to select the headphones there.
