The following disadvantages are described on various forums: - Units cannot be switched off - Volume control is not directly possible On the product page, however, it says that the volume control can be switched on by swiping the APP. It also says that the busses switch themselves off when you take them out of your ear. Neither of these works for me... What next? Who can give the right answer? Do I have to upgrade?

Be patient for the volume control update, which will come later on Android than iOS. Switching off or pausing the sound when taking out can be found in the settings of the app.
