The drone is stated under specifications with "drone class marking C0". The device arrived on Saturday (thanks for the fast delivery!), but I cannot see any =(0)= marking on the device. Only the note on the batteries "Ultra Light 240g". Where is the =(0)= marking on the drone?

Helpful answer

I found the following information in various articles on the internet:
The DJI Mini 3 Pro has a CE marking, but does not yet have a class marking. This is still available on very few drones. Since only the class marking is missing and the drone is under 250g, the following BAZEL regulations currently apply:

Drones without class markings can be flown according to the rules of the transition category, which will gradually become more restrictive:
Until December 2023
Weight Certificate Operation as per Additional Operating Restrictions.
<250g Not required A1 None

From January 2024
Weight Certificate Operation according to Additional Operating Restrictions
<250g Not required A1 None

Based on the various information found on the internet, I assume that if you have a drone in the <250g category, you will not be affected by more restrictive regulations in the foreseeable future.

Thank you for the feedback. So the specification is actually not quite correct, as the C0 is currently still missing on the product.
It's good that the transitional provisions mean that it is more or less accepted to fly with it - let's hope that it stays that way, or that DJI delivers the marking later.

the fact is, the drone does not yet have a class marking and can be flown under the rule of light drones < 250g

Addendum: Typo, should of course be "Ultra Light 249g".
