Question about 3Dconnexion SpaceMouse Compact
The driver cannot be installed. The support from the manufacturer 3Dconnexion is extremely slow. I have not been able to use the product since I bought it in January 2021.
I have the predecessor, SpaceNavigator USB, with the current software/driver the controller no longer works under Windows 10.
For a product that is just over 4 years old and already end-of-life.
The driver software reports a problem and tells you to contact support.
What good is more information? It is certainly not due to trivial errors such as admin rights or current driver software.
I agree with mikeych. That's very little information you're giving away.
On Win10 pro, the installation has worked without problems on 4 computers so far.
Go to the HP of 3D connect and download the driver there and install it with admin rights.
A little more meat on the bone wouldn't be bad. Which operating system? What exactly is the error message or what exactly does "Cannot install" mean? Have you installed the software package with administrator rights (right mouse button > Run as administrator)? Can't the in-house support help you (if you really work at AMAG)? etc.
