Question about Luminea WLAN socket
The App on my iPhone is showing that My Luminea WLAN socket is offline and I cannot find a way to reconnect. Can anybody help ? Electric power is still flowing through.
Unfortunately, remote diagnosis isn't possible, so I'd recommend you to send the item under warranty. At most, the error can be fixed by reinstalling the app and checking whether the smartphone has a connection to the 2.4 GHz network.
