Question about Sony Xdr-V1btd

On Ali I found an antenna (I ordered different ones, but this one fits best) which fits the device and that is this: https://de.aliexpress.com/item... this one does not have to be adjusted, just unscrew the joint and connect it directly to the socket of the old antenna and it is ready. It now works perfectly again.

I asked them directly and was referred by Sony to their spare parts supplier, who then referred me to Digitec (who doesn't seem to want to give anything out) and they told me they didn't have a spare antenna and then referred me to Sony again... So the circle closes and I am still without a replacement antenna... The aerial is the weakest link, we use four of these radios and the aerial is gone on two of them... Now it's time to look for another replacement that doesn't fit but at least works... ;-(

If it is not absolutely necessary to replace the rod antenna, it might also be possible to attach a throw antenna to the joint of the antenna with the existing screw, a throw antenna consisting of a piece of stranded copper wire with a pressed-on ring connection.
