Question about Gigaset C430
Telephone no longer works after installation with Swisscom Box. I can make a call, the called party hears me but I cannot hear him. I have already reset the settings, but I can't find the error. Do you know what the problem is? Thank you

I once had a similar problem, if not exactly the same. I thought the phone was broken and ordered a new one (exactly the same model). But it turned out that it was Swisscom's fault. Swisscom was able to fix the problem. Sincerely
