So, with this delay in delivery, I can't redeem the Railbon at all. Or is OPPO extending the promotion?

The decisive factor for the Railbon is the opening date. The registration must then follow by 30.4. Your Find X3 Pro should be with you by then. If you have any problems, you can always contact our customer service.
